Asparagus and Chinese sausage stir-fry that everyone can make.

Ingredients for Stir-Fried Asparagus with Sausage

Asparagus 200g Sausage 2 pieces
Salt To taste Garlic cloves 3 pieces

Peel the asparagus and cut it into small strips. Place it in boiling water with salt for 30 seconds, then remove and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

Slice the sausage thinly and flatten and dice the 3 garlic cloves.

Add 2 bottle caps of oil to a heated pan over medium heat.

Sauté the diced garlic until slightly browned, then add the sausage and cook over medium heat. Once the white parts of the sausage turn transparent and the red parts darken slightly, add the asparagus.

Continue cooking over medium heat for a minute or two after adding the asparagus. The sausage already has salt, so if you prefer a lighter taste, you can skip adding more salt. If you insist on adding salt, taste first and add minimally.
