Chinese Chives 150g | Eggs 4 |
Peanut Oil 1 tbsp | Salt a pinch |
Chicken Essence a little |
Steps for Chive and Egg Stir-fry

Step 1
Wash the Chinese chives (wild Chinese chives are dark green and have a very good taste)
Step 2
Boil the Chinese chives in boiling water for about 1 minute, then remove and soak in cold water for 1 minute, squeeze out excess water and set aside
Step 3
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and beat them
Step 4
Add chopped Chinese chives, salt, and chicken essence, mix well
Step 5
Heat the pan with oil, add the Chinese chives and eggs, stir-fry until cooked
Step 6
Serve on a plate
