Chinese Chives 150g Eggs 4
Peanut Oil 1 tbsp Salt a pinch
Chicken Essence a little

Step 1

Wash the Chinese chives (wild Chinese chives are dark green and have a very good taste)

Step 2

Boil the Chinese chives in boiling water for about 1 minute, then remove and soak in cold water for 1 minute, squeeze out excess water and set aside
