Recipe for Cucumber, Carrot, and Egg Stir-Fry

Step 1
Prepare ingredients: 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt and a little water, beat well and set aside. Slice half a carrot and half a cucumber for later use.

Heat oil in a pan and pour in the beaten eggs.

Fry until golden brown.

After frying, cut into small pieces using a spatula and set aside.

Add oil to the pan, then add the carrot slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cucumber slices and continue to stir-fry.
