Snowflake Crisp Recipe

Step 1
In a non-stick pan over low heat, melt the butter and pour in the marshmallows.
Step 2
After mixing the melted marshmallows and butter, turn off the heat, sift in the milk powder and matcha powder, stir until no dry powder remains.
Step 3
Add biscuits, nuts, cranberries, mix quickly. Use PE gloves to shape it in the mold. Sprinkle with milk powder.
Step 4
This recipe makes 605g of Snowflake Crisp.

Use a 11×6cm bag (quite large) to make 30 pieces.
