Microwave Simple Version Cold Sauce

Ingredients for Cold Sauce

Ginger a small piece Garlic cloves 3 cloves
Bird’s eye chili 1 Soy sauce 4 tablespoons
Vinegar 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorn oil 1/3 tablespoon
Sesame oil 2 tablespoons Chicken essence 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 gram

Prepare a bird’s eye chili, a bit of ginger and garlic, if you have green onions you can add some, I ran out so I didn’t add them

Pour in soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, a little Sichuan peppercorn oil (if you don’t like spicy, you can skip this), 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
