Corn 1 piece Winter Melon 300g
Spring Onion 1 piece Goji Berries 10 pieces
Dried Shrimp As needed Water 3 bowls

Cut the corn into small pieces, peel and deseed the winter melon, wash and slice the spring onion, prepare the goji berries and dried shrimp.

Heat cooking oil in a pot over low heat until it is 60% hot, sauté the dried shrimp, then add the winter melon and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
