Boiled Sliced Pork in Hot Chili Oil

Ingredients for Water-cooked Sliced Pork

Pork loin 250g Bean sprouts a small handful
Doubanjiang (Chili Bean Paste) 1 tablespoon Minced ginger and garlic 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Sweet potato starch 1 tablespoon
Dried red chili peppers 1 tablespoon Ground Sichuan peppercorns 1 tablespoon
