Recipe for Stir-Fried Minced Meat with Peas

Step 1
Boil water in a pot and add salt, cooking oil, and fresh peas, blanch until cooked and remove from water
Step 2
Heat oil, add minced garlic, cook until fragrant, then add ginger, green onions, garlic, and Doubanjiang, stir-fry until red oil forms
Step 3
