Steps to Make Cinnamon Banana Muffin Cake

Step 1
Beat 2 eggs + 65g sugar until well mixed.
Step 2
Mash 1 banana and add to the egg mixture, stir well.
Step 3
Sift in 130g cake flour + 5g baking powder + 3g cinnamon powder, mix well.
Step 4
Pour in 50g corn oil, mix well.
Step 5
Transfer batter into a piping bag and squeeze into 6 lined cupcake molds.
Step 6
Place 0.5cm thick banana slices on top, bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 30 minutes.
