Instructions for Stir-Fried Yellow Beef

Step 1
Slice the beef, add the seasoning mix (first 4 items) and knead until sticky, then add cornstarch and mix well before deep-frying. Remove the old leaves from the celery and cut into segments. Slice the Thai chili peppers.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic slices.
Step 3
Add the beef and stir-fry until it changes color.
Step 4
Add the celery and Thai chili peppers, stir-fry for a few more minutes.
Step 5
Pour the bowl sauce along the edges of the pan, mix well, and serve.
