Stir-fried pork with Chinese toon

Ingredients for Chive Pork Belly

Pork Belly with Skin 500g Chive Sprouts 250g
Green Onions and Ginger As needed Sichuan Peppercorns and Star Anise As needed
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp Bay Leaves and Cinnamon As needed
Sugar 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

Steps for Making Chive Pork Belly

Put the pork belly with skin in cold water in a pot, add cooking wine and a piece of green onion, bring to a boil, cook for five minutes, then remove, wash, and drain.
