Recipe for Minced Meat with Green Beans

Step 1
Clean the pork diced belly, add salt, mince the ginger, marinate with chicken broth, light soy sauce, pepper, and peanut oil

Add salt and some peanut oil to water, bring to a boil, add the green beans, cook until they float, then remove and put into cold water.
