Ingredients for Mushroom and Mustard Green Bun

Whole wheat flour 100g Mustard green 1 bunch
Mushroom 2 pieces Dried shrimp powder some
Yeast 1.5g

Clean the mustard green, blanch in boiling water for one minute, with some edible salt added. Remove from water and cool in cold water, then chop.

Blanch the mushrooms for two minutes, drain excess water, fry in a pan with oil until slightly browned. Add some light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and oyster sauce for seasoning. Remove from heat and let cool.
