Lobster Tails 3 pounds | Green Onion As needed |
Ginger A few slices | Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons |
Cooking Wine 2 tablespoons | Salt Half a tablespoon |
Beer 1 bottle | Haidilao Garlic Seasoning Packet A small piece |
Steps to Make Garlic Lobster Tails

Step 1
Thaw and clean the lobster tails bought from the supermarket.
Step 2
Boil water in a pot, add green onions, ginger, and cooking wine to blanch the small lobster tails.
Step 3
After blanching, soak the lobster tails in cold water to cool them down.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan, add Haidilao garlic seasoning packet, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the blanched lobster tails, stir-fry evenly, and try to remove excess moisture from the lobster tails.
Step 5
After stir-frying evenly, add Haidilao sauce packet, continue stir-frying.
Step 6
Add an appropriate amount of beer, enough to cover the lobster tails, simmer until the sauce thickens, taste in between, add some salt if not salty enough.
