Garlic sea bass, grilled fish

Ingredients for Garlic Steamed Sea Bass

Sea Bass 1 piece Garlic 1.5 cloves
Onion 1/2 Ginger 1/2 piece
Potato 1 Kelp several pieces
Bean Sprouts 50g Oyster Sauce 2 tablespoons
Light Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce 1/4 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 1 tablespoon

Clean the fish, add some salt and black pepper, marinate with ginger julienne for about 20 minutes, then coat with cornstarch.
