Recipe for braised chicken leg rice

Step 1
Bring out the old braising broth at home and boil it (if you don’t have old braising broth, make a pot of braising broth) Put the chicken legs, potatoes, and eggs together and braise for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat to let it marinate.
Step 2
In another pot, prepare some vegetables (you can also stir-fry other vegetables or make a salad)
Step 3
Put rice in a bowl. Place braised chicken leg meat on top (remove bones and cut the meat) Add some homemade double pepper sauce, dried radish, and shredded pickled cabbage
Step 4
