Ingredients for European Olive Tomato Beef
Several European black olives (a small plate) | 3-4 pieces of soft cheese |
1 onion | 1/2 cucumber |
A small plate of cherry tomatoes | A few sprigs of mint leaves |
A small plate of minced garlic | 200g of Angus beef cubes |
10 European stuffed olives | 200g of cherry tomatoes |
8 cloves of garlic |
Recipe for European Olive Tomato Beef

Step 1
Add egg white, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, and salt to the beef cubes, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic cloves until fragrant

Add onions and beef cubes to the pan with remaining oil
Step 4
Add black olives and stuffed olives, stir-fry evenly
Step 5
Add cherry tomatoes, a small piece of butter for stirring, and garnish with mint leaves

Mix minced garlic with seasonings to make a sauce

Cut and mix all ingredients except mint leaves
