Peanuts 300g | Fennel 1 handful |
Salt 1 spoon | MSG 1g |

Steps for Fennel Peanut Rice

Step 1
After washing the peanuts clean, put them in a pot, add salt, Sichuan peppercorns, and star anise, cook until done, and set aside to cool. If in a hurry, you can cool the peanuts, drain the water after cooling.

Wash and cut the organic fennel purchased from Sam’s Club into small pieces.
