Edamame 700g | Garlic 6 cloves |
Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons | Salt to taste |
Sugar a bit | Vinegar 3 tablespoons |

Steps to Make Cold Tossed Edamame

Step 1
Trim both ends of the purchased edamame with scissors, rinse with water, boil water in a pot, add a little salt and a drop of cooking oil, put in the edamame to cook
Step 2
Boil on high heat until the shells start to open, then it’s cooked
Step 3
Take out the cooked edamame, drain the water, and put them in a clean large container
Step 4
Heat a pan, add a suitable amount of cooking oil and heat it up; put dried chili threads, garlic, red chili pepper circles, Sichuan peppercorns in a large bowl, pour the hot oil into the bowl, stir evenly with a spoon, add salt, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar, mix well again
Step 5
Pour the prepared sauce into the edamame

Add two spoonfuls of boiled edamame water and mix thoroughly
Step 7
Let the edamame with the sauce sit in a large bowl for 1 hour before consuming for better flavor
