Recipe for Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts

Step 1
Remove the roots from the bean sprouts and wash them clean
Step 2
Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute, then remove and cool them down, squeezing out excess water

Chop the garlic and cilantro, and slice the dried red chili
