Recipe for Stir-Fried Garlic Stems, Eggs, and Pork

Step 1
Before cutting the garlic stems into small pieces, soak them in salted water for a few minutes to make them more crispy and tender.
Step 2
Marinate the pork with a little salt and cornstarch to make the meat more tender and smooth.
Step 3
Add a little oil to the pan, sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the pork strips and stir-fry until they change color.
Step 4
Add the garlic stems and stir-fry over high heat to reduce moisture loss and maintain texture.
Step 5
Pour in the cooked eggs and a little light soy sauce, then quickly stir-fry evenly for a few minutes before serving.
Step 6
When seasoning, add salt last to avoid the garlic stems releasing water and affecting the taste. Before serving, drizzle a little vinegar along the edges of the pan for freshness and aroma.
