Ingredients for Stir-Fried Spring Bamboo Shoots with Pork

Pork 100 grams Light Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Dark Soy Sauce a little Salt 2 grams
Chicken Bouillon a little Bird’s Eye Chili 2 pieces
Line Pepper 1 piece

Preparation for Stir-Fried Spring Bamboo Shoots with Pork

Step 1

Peel and slice the bamboo shoots, blanch them in hot water, then transfer to cold water. Boil for three minutes, drain and set aside.
