Ingredients for Stir-Fried Spring Bamboo Shoots with Pork
Grandma’s Village Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil 2 tablespoons | Spring Bamboo Shoots 3 pieces |
Pork 100 grams | Light Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon |
Dark Soy Sauce a little | Salt 2 grams |
Chicken Bouillon a little | Bird’s Eye Chili 2 pieces |

Preparation for Stir-Fried Spring Bamboo Shoots with Pork

Step 1
Peel and slice the bamboo shoots, blanch them in hot water, then transfer to cold water. Boil for three minutes, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Add Grandma’s Village Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil to the pan.
Step 3
Add the pork and stir-fry until it changes color.
Step 4
Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.
Step 5
Add the blanched bamboo shoots, season with salt and chicken bouillon, stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Before serving, add bird’s eye chili and line pepper.
