Ingredients for Oyster Sauce Fish Fillet
Fish fillet 300g | Cucumber 2 |
Cherry tomatoes 200g | Grandma’s hometown cold pressed rapeseed oil 20ml |
Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons | Chinese yellow cooking wine 1 tablespoon |
Water 200ml |
Recipe for Oyster Sauce Fish Fillet

Step 1
Add 20ml Grandma’s hometown cold pressed rapeseed oil to the pot
Step 2
Stir-fry the cleaned cherry tomatoes for a few seconds
Step 3
Add the diced and cleaned cucumber, continue stir-frying until partially cooked
Step 4
Add the green fish fillet marinated with 1 tablespoon of Chinese yellow cooking wine

Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce

Pour in 200ml of water

Cover the pot and bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes

Once the fish bones are exposed, it means the fish is cooked, then reduce the sauce and turn off the heat and serve
