Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, pour eggs to make a pancake shape. Set aside.
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, add the tomatoes (be careful not to get burned by the oil). Add a spoonful of sugar.
Step 4
Once the tomatoes release juice, add the eggs. Let the eggs absorb the tomato juice thoroughly.
Step 5
Stir-fry for about 4 minutes and then remove from heat.
