Ingredients for Sautéed Winter Melon Slices

Winter Melon 600g Spring Onion 1 segment
Green Pepper 1/2 Cilantro 1 stem
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Superior Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp Salt a pinch
Grandma’s Hometown Cold-pressed Rapeseed Oil as needed

Peel and core the winter melon, slice and set aside.

Clean the cilantro and green pepper. Finely chop the cilantro, cut the green pepper into pieces, and slice the spring onion.
