Purple Long Eggplant 1 | Minced Garlic 1 tbsp |
Walnut Oil 1 tbsp | Light Soy Sauce Vinegar as needed |
Sugar 1 tbsp |
Recipe for Garlic Torn Eggplant

Step 1
Start with a picture of the finished product

Prepare the ingredients

Clean and cut a purple eggplant into segments, steam for 20 minutes until soft
Step 4
When a chopstick can easily pierce through, it’s cooked. Remove from steamer and let cool

Prepare the seasoning, one tbsp of minced garlic, one tbsp of light soy sauce
Step 6
One tbsp of sugar, one tbsp of olive oil, mix well, add a bit of vinegar, some scallions, and if you like spicy, add some small hot peppers. Adjust to your taste, it’s delicious either way

Tear open the eggplant

Pour the sauce over
