Ingredients for Milk and Coconut Ball
Butter 100g | Sugar 100g |
Egg yolk 4 | Milk 40g |
Cake flour 70g | Milk powder 30g |
Coconut flakes 200g |
Preparation of Milk and Coconut Ball

Step 1
Soften the butter, mix with sugar until smooth.
Step 2
Add the egg yolk.
Step 3
Mix well and add milk.
Step 4
Mix well and sift in cake flour and milk powder.
Step 5
Mix well until no dry flour, then add coconut flakes.
Step 6
Mix well and press into a ball.
Step 7
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Take out and roll into round balls of approximately 10g each. Roll in more coconut flakes if desired, otherwise they are still delicious as is.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 180°C, bake for about 20 minutes.

Keep an eye on them, don’t let them burn. Adjust according to your own oven as each one is slightly different.

They are nicely baked and smell good. Trust me, make more, as they will be eaten up quickly. Pack them as snacks.
