Recipe for Marinated Freshness

Step 1
Cut the Spanish pork ribs into small pieces
Step 2
Cut the Southern wind meat into mahjong-sized pieces
Step 3
Peel the Lei bamboo shoots and cut them along with the Chinese cabbage into dice shapes
Step 4
Blanch the pork ribs, Southern wind meat, and Lei bamboo shoots in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and set aside
