Procedure for Olive Oil-Infused Cherry Tomatoes

Step 1
Cut the washed cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the cut tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet, sprinkle with various spices, salt, mixed peppers, a little bit of white granulated sugar, and brush with olive oil.
Step 3
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, then at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Open the oven midway through to check.
Step 5
Slice the garlic and add to olive oil.
Step 6
Microwave for 4 minutes and set aside.
Step 7
Let it cool down.
Step 8
Mix the garlic and tomatoes together and pour into a sealed jar.

Cover with a lid.

Store in the refrigerator and use as needed.
