Recipe for Fish-flavored Shredded Pork

Step 1
Slice wood ear mushrooms, carrots, and green onions into shreds.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into shreds.
Step 3
Marinate the chicken breast shreds with cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, egg white, and finally coat with cornstarch.
Step 4
Stir-fry the marinated chicken shreds with Pixian Douban Paste until fragrant.
