Recipe for Stir-Fried Minced Beef with Shredded Kelp

Step 1
Buy dried kelp from the supermarket, it’s not expensive, but you can soak a lot of it. Soak it yourself to ensure it’s clean and safe.
Step 2
Soak it in room temperature water for half an hour, then rinse it to remove dirt and sand, cut it into shreds. Then boil it in water for five minutes and set aside.

Thaw it.

Cut garlic cloves, chili, and ginger into shreds, heat oil in a pan.

Break up the beef patty and stir-fry it.
Step 6
Add the blanched shredded kelp, and a little oyster sauce.
Step 7
Season with a circle of seafood soy sauce.

Add 100ml of water, stir-fry over high heat until the sauce thickens.
