Instructions for Rose Pastries

Step 1
Boil 300g of dried red beans, reserve 300g for red bean cake, and use the remaining 440g of red beans with 100g of water, blend into a paste. Crush 120g of edible dried rose petals after washing, set aside.
Step 2
Stir-fry the red bean paste until dry, then add 50g of corn oil in two portions, stir well, add rose petals, and then add 90g of sugar in two portions while stir-frying.
Step 3
Continue stirring until it can form a ball, cover and let it cool, then pack into a storage bag and refrigerate.
Step 4
The filling will weigh around 560g.
