Rose Pastry (Rose Filling)

Ingredients for Rose Pastries

Red Beans (cooked, unsweetened) 440g Water 100g
Rose Petals 120g Corn Oil 50g
Sugar 90g

Step 1

Boil 300g of dried red beans, reserve 300g for red bean cake, and use the remaining 440g of red beans with 100g of water, blend into a paste. Crush 120g of edible dried rose petals after washing, set aside.
