Ingredients for Stir-fried Cauliflower
Cauliflower 1 piece | Pork Belly appropriate amount |
Green Onion and Ginger a few slices | Soy Sauce a little |
Dark Soy Sauce a little | MSG (optional) a little |
Recipe for Stir-fried Cauliflower

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, slice the pork belly, and slice the green onion and ginger.
Step 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the cauliflower. Once the bottom of the cauliflower changes color, remove it from the water.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, then add the pork belly and stir-fry. Allow the pork belly to set for a bit before flipping to prevent sticking.
Step 4
Once the pork belly changes color, add the green onion and ginger.
Step 5
After adding the green onion and ginger, add soy sauce and dark soy sauce to color and flavor the pork belly.
Step 6
Add the cauliflower and stir-fry over high heat for about two minutes. No need to add water as the cauliflower retains enough moisture.
Step 7
After thoroughly stirring the cauliflower, add an appropriate amount of salt and MSG. Adjust the seasoning and continue to stir-fry for another minute before serving.
