Colorful Rose Toast Recipe

Step 1
Combine all main dough ingredients in a chef’s machine, except for salt and butter. Mix until a rough film is formed, then add salt and continue mixing. Finally, add butter and mix until a smooth dough is formed.

Divide the dough in half, take a small piece, mix it with cactus fruit powder evenly, then knead it with the remaining dough until mixed. Roll it into a long strip, place the pastry and dried rose petals on it, press tightly, roll it up from the top and pinch the seams tightly. Decorate the outer layer with pastry. Roll it tightly to avoid hollow spaces when baking.
