Spare Ribs 8 small pieces Pumpkin 100g
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Fermented Black Beans 20 pieces
Garlic Cloves 6 cloves Salt 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil 2 tbsp Green Onion 1 stalk

Chop the garlic cloves and fermented black beans and set aside.

Soak the spare ribs in water for 10 minutes, then wash them clean. Add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, cooking oil, minced garlic, and fermented black beans. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Slice and wash the pumpkin, then arrange it in small pieces on a plate. Place the marinated spare ribs on top.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, then steam the pumpkin and spare ribs over high heat for 25-30 minutes.
