Sweet Potatoes 500g | Milk 100g |
Sugar 35g | Shredded Mozzarella Cheese As needed |
Instructions for Cheesy Baked Sweet Potatoes

Step 1
Peel and cut 500g of sweet potatoes into approximately 1cm thick slices, then steam them. Place the steamed sweet potatoes in a container and add 100g of milk.
Step 2
Press 35g of sugar into mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.
Step 3
Place the mixture into a container, leaving a 1cm space at the top to sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
Top with a layer of shredded cheese. If not finished, you can cool and store in a freezer bag in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it again, simply take it out and bake in the oven.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top heat) and 160°C (bottom heat) and bake for 6 minutes.
Step 6
The cheesy baked sweet potatoes are now ready to be eaten, they are delicious and cheesy.
