Ingredients for Tomato Stewed Tofu

Tomato 2 Tofu 1 block
Green Onion Appropriate amount Oil Appropriate amount
Salt 1 spoon Chicken Essence 1 spoon
Light Soy Sauce 2 spoons Green Pepper 1

Cooking Steps for Tomato Stewed Tofu

Step 1 for Tomato Stewed Tofu

Step 1

Cut the tomatoes into chunks, the shape doesn’t matter as long as they can be cooked.

Cut the tofu into chunks, try to make the sizes as even as possible.

Put some oil in the pan and fry the tofu for a bit.
