Recipe for Morel Mushroom and Ginseng Soup

Step 1
Blanch pork ribs with ginger and cooking wine, then rinse the meat and set aside.
Step 2
Pour warm water into a rice cooker, add the pork ribs and ginseng.

Soak the morel mushrooms in water for a while.

Simmer for one and a half hours, then add goji berries, morel mushrooms, salt, and simmer for another half an hour before adding MSG.
